For Customers with a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
If you hold a Sales Tax exemption certificate, you'll be able to get a tax refund; however, this is only possible after the checkout has been completed.

If you have a valid VAT or Sales Tax number, you can enter it during checkout. This ensures instant, accurate tax adjustments by Paddle.
If the VAT or Sales Tax number is not recognized in the checkout, please forward the payment receipt along with relevant documentation to [email protected] after the checkout, and they'll process the refund promptly if it meets the requirements.
