Due to limitations with our payment gateway, Paddle, you will need to contact our support team to change your billing email, as this can't be done by you as the customer.

Updating Your Billing Email Address

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team.

  2. Provide Details: Include your current email address, the new email address, and any recent transaction details to verify your account.

  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will update your billing email and notify you once the change is complete.
