How do I change my plan, payment method, or billing interval?

Once you've started a BlueTally subscription, you can at any time change your plan, payment method, or billing interval from the Billing page.

Start by clicking on the Profile icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar, and then on the Billing link.

Changing your plan or billing interval

To change your plan or billing interval, start by clicking on the Change Plan button on the billing page.

Here you'll be able to see the full pricing table, where you can toggle between Monthly or Annual billing intervals at the top, and then select the plan you want further down. Please note that you will be able to preview the changes before committing.

Once you select a new plan and/or a new billing interval, you'll be taken to a confirmation page that will show you a summary of the changes being made, and your new subscription payment.

Changing your payment method

To change your payment method, you just need to click on the Update Payment Method button on the billing page. This will take you to our payment gateway, Paddle, where you'll be able to update your payment card on file.
