How can I submit feedback or suggest new features for BlueTally?

Instructions for how to share your feedback with our engineers

While we take pride in everything our platform can do to help you manage your assets as efficiently as possible, we understand that BlueTally will always have room for improvement. So we're always happy to receive feedback from diligent subscribers like yourself whenever you have an idea that can make our software better and your life easier.

You can reach out to our product team with your feedback by submitting a Feature Request through the Intercom widget on our website and while you are logged into your BlueTally account. Just follow the instructions below:

On any page in your BlueTally account, you should see a blue circular icon in the lower left-hand corner. This will open up the chat support feature for you. Picture attached below:

From there, this should open the Chat Support features, including Messages and the Feedback Box.

If you are already in the Message feature, you can click the back arrow to reach this Home Page within the chat support widget. See the picture below:

If you scroll down to see the box labeled "Submit feedback", this is where you can submit a Feature Request. Type out what you're looking for, make sure you've selected Feature Request under the Type field, and then click "Submit Feedback".


From there, you can simply type whatever your request is and submit it to us! While we can't promise that your suggestion will be implemented, we have taken many of the requests we have received in the past to create new features to make BlueTally easier to use. Any time we make a significant change to the platform, we announce it in our Changelog, which you can subscribe to and visit at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a public roadmap for when these features will be launched?

Unfortunately, we're not able to provide a public roadmap for upcoming features and when we expect them to launch, but you can always reach out to our customer support team to ask if a particular feature is on the roadmap. You can also subscribe to our Changelog to get updates on when a new feature rolls out.

I clicked on the Intercom widget from your website, but I can't see the Submit Feedback section. Why is that?

The Submit Feedback box will only appear if you are logged in to an active BlueTally account. However, this applies to our free trial account option as well, so if you don't currently have a trial account, you can sign up for one here.
